The Grand Marais Historical Society runs three museums in Grand Marais, MI: the Pickle Barrel House Museum, the Old Post Office Museum, and the Lightkeeper’s House. Their collections include an extensive photographic collection, the Grand Marais Pilot newspaper from 1971 to the present, oral history interviews with Grand Marais residents, and Grand Marais death records from 1905 to 1929.
