Interview of Joseph Gougeon Jr. (born 1919) regarding his military career. He describes his initial training at age 16 in a Citizens Military Training Camp, his anti-tank training and beach-patrol duty in California, his experience on Omaha Beach and in Saint-Lô in France immediately after D-Day, his daily life marching through France, his experience during the Battle of the Bulge and the Ur (Ruhr?)
