Description / Synopsis
Edward Albert Rousseau was born in 1939 in the small logging town of Rousseau, Ontonagon County, Michigan and grew up in the nearby town of Mass City. The town of Rousseau was named after his grandfather who immigrated to the area from Quebec. Rousseau discusses his family's background, their logging business, and the growth of the town. He then explains why he conducted an oral history project about the history of Rousseau.
