Railroad tracks run between buildings and a river. A water tower and some trees are visible in the background. According to the envelope title, this photograph is related to the 1941 Ontonagon Village Bridge Lawsuit, but how the photograph is related is unclear. This photograph came out of envelope 19: Ontonagon Village, Bridge Lawsuit, 12-14-1941.
