Description / Synopsis |
Description / Synopsis
G. Fortin describes life growing up on a farm in Calvin, Michigan near a place called Sternsville, serving in World War II, his education, and hunting. The only Calvin we can find is downstate, but he mentions Pickford and the Saint Mary's River, so Calvin is likely somewhere in the eastern Upper Peninsula. The interview appears to take place while Fortin and the interviewer were driving and looking for signs of deer. Fortin describes various former sites and camp locations. |
