Description / Synopsis
Interview of James J. Bennett (born 1924) regarding his service in the Navy during World War II. He describes his reaction to the war as a high school student, his basic training, his duties and missions aboard the submarine U.S.S Cod as a quartermaster, daily life aboard a submarine, his leave in Marquette, his experience and missions aboard the U.S.S.
