There are railroad tracks in the foreground and other businesses in the background. According to the envelope title, this photograph is related to the 1941 Ontonagon Village Bridge Lawsuit, but how the photograph is related is unclear. This photograph came out of envelope 19: Ontonagon Village, Bridge Lawsuit, 12-14-1941.
