The Heartbeats were a well-known fiddle band. According to the 1987 Festival program guide, the Heartbeats "bring hard-driving southern dance music guaranteed to syncopate your systolic with your diastolic." The members of the band were Rose Sinclair, Tara Nevins on fiddle, June Drucker on bass, and Beverly Smith on guitar. |
