One of a series of three aerial photographs of Ontonagon taken from the top of a water tower. Houses, a church, and a river are visible in the foreground. A water tower and what might be a larger body of water are visible in the background. This photograph came out of envelope 17: Top of Water Tank over Town, 10-8-1941.
