Co., party of the rist [*first] part, and The DSS and A Ry., Co., party of the second part, Witnesseth, Whereas the railway of the party of the first part extends from Negaunee, in the county of Marquette, at a point on the main line of the railway heretofore belonging to the MH and O RR. Co., to Palmer in the same county, a distance of about ten miles. And Whereas, the said railway was entirely constructed by the party of the second part at the request of the party of the first part and the party of the first part is still indebted to the party of the second part in the sum of about $90,000, And Whereas, the said MH and O RR.
