(Do not know particulars.) See suit NO. 98. Settled for $1,000. DSS and A Ry. Claim NO. 272, by Beret Paulson, Magda Johanson and Ingeberg Johanson, mother and daughters, emigrants from Norway. The three women insulted on DSS and A Ry., passenger NO. ?, in charge of conductors Meahan and Sims. Settled by paying judgements of $488.95 to Magda Johanson, $287.80 to Ingeberg Johanson and $295.41 to Beret Johanson, total $1,072.16, June 28, 1892. |
