Daily mining journal (Marquette, Mich.) Source: The Mining Journal Marquette, Mi. December 31, 1892 Saturday Houghton - Chief Engineers Sheldon and Stone of the M and N survey broke camp Thursday and left for Chicago yesterday noon with bag and baggage. No information as to when they will return to the copper country can be obtained. The news of the MR having passed into teh control of the DSS and A seems to have taken the wind out of their sales.
