Co. to The DSS and A Ry. Co. This Indenture made this 17th day of July, 1890, between the M and W RR. Co., party of the first part and The DSS and A Ry., Co., party of the second part, Witnesseth, Whereas the party of the first part by an instrument dated March 28, 1885, duly sold to the MH and O RR. Co., all its property of every name, nature and description whatsoever and wheresoever situated except its franchise to be a corporation, and also all its capital stock: And, Whereas, the party of the first part duly conveyed to the MH and O by an Indenture dated April 1, 1885, and Whereas the said MH and O has sold all of its property including that conveyed to it by the party of the first part to The DSS and A, and the party of the first part has consented to such sale and has agreed to release and quit claim all its rights, title and interest in and to the said MH and O, Now, therefor |
