The Directors of the DSS and A railway here have voted to issue $20,000,000 of 4 per cent bonds, should the stockholders approve the same at the annual meeting at Marquette, Mi., on July 17, These bonds are to be guaranteed by the Canadian Pacific Railway company and the proceeds used in taking up all the underlying securities and placing the company in ample funds for new equipment and improvements. When this is done the fixed charges of the road will be about $800,000, which is within the present net earnings of the property. N. Y. Daily Indicator.
