Co., in constructing its line of road from the DSS and A to the mouth of the Dead River, will have occasion to cross Washington street, also a highway lying a short distance north of Washington street on the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 15, being the boundry [*boundary] of said company respectfully asks your honorable body to grant the right to construct such railroad crossing upon such terms and conditions as shall be proper. Annexted [*annexed] hereto is a diagram showing the line of road and points of the crossing with a draft of ordinance as will answer the purposes of the railroad company.
