August 10, 1889 Saturday Negaunee.- It has been arranged so that a special train will leave here for Ishpeming next Wednesday at 11:20 a. m. Although the celebration will occur on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the outside orders will be arriving the first days, and the gr and time will be on Wednesday, when the competitive drill and other contests take place. There will be ball playing the whole three days. All members of the A. O. U. W. and Select Knights are requested to meet at the hall at 10 o'clock, so that the lodge may go to Ishpeming in a body. The fare for the round trip to Ishpeming during the AOUW celebrarion will be 60c instead of 30c as yesterday's issue had it. |
