January 12, 1889 Saturday The Ore Business Ishpeming - The appointment of D. M. Philbin to look after the aore traffic of the South Shore finds favor in the sight of the mining managers. His reputation give assurance that this part of the business will receive close and intelligent attention, and that there will be a car service next season that will leave no cause for complaint. The failure to give Ishpeming shippers satisfactory service was the means of the road losing considerable business last season. |
