The Michilimackinac Historical Society operates the Fort de Buade Museum in Saint Ignace, Michigan. The museum maintains a large collection of artifacts donated by the Sault Sainte Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians and also documents the history of French, British, and American settlers in the area.
