October 27, 1887 Thursday The iron bridge taken down here is to be used at Dogwood, on the western extension of the DSS and A to which place it already has been taken. The DSS and A pay-car passed over this division of the road yesterday, distributing the September pay of the employes [* employees]. A brakeman named James Watson got his head badly squeezed at Humboldt last Friday, while coupling cars.
