Marie, Chippewa County, Mi. December 8, 1887 Thursday A Snow "Bucker." The special train which brought the officials of the DSS and A to the Sault exchanged engines when they reached here, and left the one which was equipped with a snow plow, so that there would be no delay on account of snow between here and the junction. This was a very timely action as the drifts had already begun to bother the trainmen, and the prospects were for a good deal of annoyance from this score. DSS and A Passenger |
