Nickerson, station agent at L'Anse, has accepted the position made vacant in the C and NW depot here by the transfer of Charles M. Frost to the station at Brampton. Mr. Nickerson was for a number of years a resident of this place and has a host of friends here who will welcome him on his return. He will probably arrive tomorrow.
