Source; The Daily Mining Journal, Marquette, MI Thursday, March 12. 1891 A Welcome Change The DSS and A is making a very much needed imrprovement in its depot accommodations in this city. The portion that has been used as general office is being transferred into a waiting room and will be for the use of gentlemen. The present room will be for ladies and no smoking will be allowed in that department. Parties who want to smoke may do so to their hearts content by going to the right place and the ticket man will be relieved of the necessity of calling attention to the sign "No Smoking Allowed". A baggage room bas been fitted up in the freight office and the change will furnish a much needed accommodation. |
