February 6, 1891 Council Proceedings Newberry, Jan. 26, 1891 The following resolution was offered by trustee, Wright: Resolved: That the right of way on Parmalee street from DSS and A to the factory of the Newberry Hardwood Mfg. Co., be granted to the Newberry Hardwood Mfg. Co., for a side track with a right to occupy such portion of said street as is necessary for such purposes, owing to the continuance of the existence of said manufacturing company or its successors and assigns and that an ordinance be drafted for the proper regulation thereof. On motion the resolution was accepted by the following: Ayes, trustees Wright, McLeon, Mertes and President Donaldson. DSS and A Stations - Newberry Newberry Hardwood Mfg. Co. |
