Friday, Dec. 12, 1890 A St. Ignace corner's[sic] jury brought in the following unique verdict: "That said Daniel Boyle came to his death by the railway car jumping the track, he being struck by the car, hair and blood sticking to the car near where he was found, 10 or 12 feet from the track, and we further believe if the cars aad kept to the track, the accident would not have happened." |
