December 11, 1891 Friday A new freight traffic arrangement has just been completed between the lines interested at Mackinaw city, and the work of loading the freight business interchange between the three lines which has hertofore been done at St. Ignace by the DSS and A will now be done at Mackinaw City under the direct supervision of the Mackinac Transportation Co., it being hoped to shorten the time between Detroit and the upper peninsula by at least 24 hours.
