Marie, Mi., $19.74 for 80 tamarack and 14 cedar ties taken and used by railway company, at Bay Mills, winter 1888-1889. March 8, 1890, received papers from P. W. Brown, Pa., and suit commenced March 11, 1890. Settled. Superior Court, Douglas County, Wi. James Stinson v. DSS and A Ry. Trespass in 1888 by construction of Cutter Grade across sections 4, 7, and 5, T48N R13W, Douglas County, Wi. January 22, 1895 - Summons received from G. N. Foresman; received January 21, March 12, 1895 - Complaint served on Catlin, Butler and Lyons. Answer filed. and served. June 1895 - Settled for $1,625.00 including deed for ROW across W NE section 5, T48, R13, width 50 feet.
