Indenture made July 17, 1890, whereas, the MH and O has sold all property of every description, both real and personal (except its franchise to be a corporation) to the DSS and A Ry., including all property formerly conveyed to it by the M and W RR., and its capital stock. And Whereas, by an instrument dated April 15, 1887, made to the parties hereto, all l and s that it then owned, etc., mines, timber, mining rights, royalties and all the shares of capital stock of the M and W RR., and Whereas, said agreement has been abrogated and annulled, Now Therefore, this indenture witnesseth that for the sum of $1 by the MH and O, the DSS and A Ry., grants all properties, etc., conveyed to the DSS and A Ry., mentioned in agreement of April 15, 1887.
