Claim No. 244 By Bernard Kelly, Green Bay, Wi., or Port Huron, Mi., for personal injuries May 5, 1890, Republic, Mi.  See suit no. 77.  Claim No. 240 By Mrs. Emma C. Lively, Henningford, Province Quebec, for damages on account of killing Prisque Lively in an accident May 21, 1890. Settled for $300.00 claim and $23.23 expenses, January 28, 1891.
