August 25, 1888 Saturday All Along the Line The officers of the DSS and A are determined to put a stop to the custom of jumping on and off moving trains, practiced by boys at many places along the line. Thursday Earl Horngren was arrested at Champion by office [*officer] Dolph because of this, and there have been other arrests recently for the same offense at both Republic and Marquette. The youngsters should take warning.
