The present officials retain their connection with the road but in different capacities. Mr. Allen, the general passenger and ticket agent, is succeeded by S.F. Boyd who at present holds the same position with the Minneapolis and St. Louis railroad. Mr. Allen is transferred to the auditor's department. Mr. George T. Jarvis will soon become superintendent of Houghton and Mackinaw divisions of the road. He is at present connected with the Mexican Central railroad as division superintendent. He is said to be a young man but an experienced railroader. A.W. Watson, the present superintendent will have a more general charge.
