[need rest of quotel [Newberry News, 27 Feb 1891] The gang of thugs and black legs that have been sojourning at Trout Lake for the past year, and who have made themselves notorious through that section of country, are at last in the arms of the law. Four officers took the prisoners to the Soo where they were placed in jail. The Soo Line employed the detective. [General News column, p. 5] [Newberry News, 22 May 1891] |
