George Javor discusses Italian fishermen in Alaska and his work experience there. Topics include Dr. Javor's immigration to the United States, his work in the dining room of the Alaska Packer Company, his experience with the Italian fishermen and the Alaska Packers' Union, the foods he served, and the operations of the fishing company.
