Topics include the Italian community in Marble, Alabama, where her family was from in Italy, when they came to the United States, her memories of the boat ride to the United States and Ellis Island, learning English, mining, strikes, farming, other Italian families in Alabama, hunting, when her family moved (to the Detroit area?), Italians who converted to Baptist churches, the Ku Klux Klan, celebrations, scary stories she was told as a child, music, and the Ford Motor Company.
