Abstract/Description: | Cyanotype photograph of the wooden propellor "Peerless." She was built in Cleveland for Leopold and Austrian and was part of the famous L. M. and L. S. Transportation fleet. For many years she ran freight and passengers from Milwaukee and Chicago to Marquette and Duluth. She burned and sank at her dock in Michigan City, Indiana, in 1910. |
