Luigi discusses where he was born and why he and his family came from Italy to Butte, Montana in 1928, how much he missed Italy, coal and silver mining, livestock, Italian lodges, food and wine, importing Italian language newspapers from San Francisco and New York, boarding houses and tourism. Norma discusses her family background and how the community helped each other. Luigi occasionally makes comments in Italian and Norma helps him translate.
