Armenia is joined by her daughter, Josephine (Jo). She talks about her parents and their lives in both Italy and the United States. Her father was a lumberjack. She then talks about growing up in Hermansville among other immigrants, going in-depth about company stores, boarding houses and holidays. She finished high school, but not college; mostly she just worked. Her daughter shares some of her memories toward the end of the interview, focusing on food anecdotes.
