Lombardi discusses his parents, who were poor farmers and why they came to the United States. He talks about the mine strikes and then goes into detail about their daily life. Among other things, they farmed hay and rabbits. Later in the interview, he talks about his education and recreation, then returns to his working life. The mine strikes are talked about in-depth and he also discusses techniques such as drifting. He also worked for Ford Motor Company. Recorded at Calumet, Michigan. |
