Comensoli gives some background on his parents and their immigration to the United States. His father mined diorite and the whole family farmed. As an adult, he specialized in laying terrazzo floors and is responsible for the floors in St. Peter's Cathedral, many at NMU and the old orphanage. Russell Magnaghi conducted the interview. Recorded at Negaunee, Michigan. |
