Mr. Pianosi tells how his father came over from Italy, via Montreal in Canada. He experienced prejudice against Italians and came to the U.S., where he served in the Army and then worked on the canals. He discusses the different nationalities in the Sault Sainte Marie area, the Christopher Columbus Club and the Marconi Hall. On an amusing note, he also talks about bootlegging.
