The Escanaba Daily Mirror was a daily newspaper published in Escanaba, Michigan. The start date of the paper is unclear. The Chronicling America database claims that the paper began as the weekly Escanaba Mirror sometime in the 1880s and became the Escanaba Daily Mirror sometime in the 1890s. However, the first extant issues from 1906 are "Volume 2," suggesting that the paper began around 1905. The Escanaba Daily Mirror ceased publication on June 28, 1924, when it merged with The Escanaba Daily Press. This collection contains issues of the Escanaba Daily Mirror from January 2, 1906 to its last issue on June 28, 1924. There are many missing issues: 1906-09-01 to 1910-03-14 (inclusive), January to October 1912 (inclusive), and July to December 1916 (inclusive).
